Where can I find my tracking number? If you purchased USPS First Class Mail, there is no tracking number attached. However, if you selected USPS First Class Package it should appear on the email sent to you after the order is shipped out. If you can't find it there, please send us an email at ositostation@hotmail.com
How long until my order ships out? Our processing time is 3-5 days. We usually ship out orders Mondays and Thursdays.
How long does my order take to arrive? If order was sent via USPS First Class Mail shipping, it can take from 1-3 weeks. If the order was sent via USPS First Class Package, it can take 3-5 business days. However, packages sent via USPS First Class Mail shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks to get to their destination.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we do! We handle international orders on Etsy. If you would like to purchase in bulk for a group order, email us at ositostation@hotmail.com or DM us on Instagram @ositostation
Do you accept returns and exchanges? We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order please send me an email at ositostation@hotmail.com

My package hasn't arrived, what do I do? Unfortunately, if you did not select tracked shipping at checkout, We will not be able to send you a replacement/ issue a refund in the case that it got lost.
My package hasn't moved, what do I do? In order to consider a package lost, it has to have not moved in 6 weeks. If this is the case, please send us an email at ositostation@hotmail.com (this is only if you have a tracking number)

Why was my order cancelled? Orders that have a high risk of fraud will be cancelled.
